The Latin course was started during lock-down with 30 home-made lessons. Some of the group continued with Book 1 of the Oxford Latin Course. We are now working our way through Book 3 with a group of 5. We email the answers to the translations and exercises on the 2nd Monday of the month and we meet on the 4th Monday of the month from 2.00 to 4.00 to discuss any problems and to read some Latin.
We have now reached intermediate standard but we have room for more members of the group. The level would probably be suitable for someone who has done 'O' Level Latin at school and certainly for someone with 'A' Level.
We have a break during the Summer months.
