Meets: Fourth Wednesday of the month, in the Cosy Club, Southernhay, at 2.30pm. We finish at around 4pm.
We read a wide range of books, mostly fiction, including classics and crime. We also read biographies and other non-fiction.
We are a relaxed and informal group, and we hope everyone feels able to express their opinion in the meeting. We all choose the books, though not strictly in rotation.
"Our Reading Group is currently full but please refer to the website for other groups who have spaces for new members. Our Reading Groups usually have a maximum membership of 10 but we are always keen to set up new ones as needed. If you would like to join a waiting list or would be interested in helping to set up a new Reading Group, please contact the Groups Co-ordinator who will be delighted to help you."
